Due to hygiene reasons all human hair extensions including wefts and clip ins are non-refundable this also applies for any hair care products, any hair products may only be returned or exchanged if incorrect product is received or product is faulty. All should be returned within 14 days in the original packaging with all ties still intact.

Return Policy Rules

• All hair extensions must be in original state and unused. This also includes wearing, styling, washing, cutting the hair extensions in anyway.
• Hair extensions / Hair Care Products must be returned in their original retail packaging. If any of the tie ups are removed it is ineligible for return under any circumstances.
• Please be aware you are responsible for all postage cost of sending the item back to us and we cannot offer a refund or a exchange until the item arrives back to our premises.
